I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The suite was top-notch with very comfortable beds and a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The only drawback was the lack of a bathroom in the suite.

From the valets to the managers, the staff was exceptional. They even surprised us with complimentary champagne and dessert upon arrival. However, there were a few instances of poor service and attitude from certain front desk staff members.
